Reclaiming the Sexual Self: Online Art Therapy Group

Moving into its third and most expansive iteration, this 6-week trauma-informed art therapy group invites participants to explore sexuality as a source of liberation, pleasure, and self-discovery through creative expression. Building on the depth of previous sessions, this offering expands the space for exploration, connection, and reclamation of the sexual self.

Through guided artmaking and reflection in a closed online group, participants will:

• Reconnect with the sexual self

• Explore personal narratives around sex and pleasure

• Cultivate empowerment and healing through creativity
